Old Hall Barn is part of a 400 year old Collection of Grade II* listed buildings within a conservation village. We carried out the detailed design and then the conversion prior to offering the property for sale.
Because the existing roof structure was in such pristine condition the whole of the first floor was maintained as one huge open plan space. Another key feature of the design was the internal bay window within the traditional barn arched doorway. These two features were instrumental in a special commendation being given by the conservation team for the area.
Unlike the traditional exterior of Old Hall Barn, the interior contemporary design utilises extensive use of glass and high gloss fixtures which provide a striking contrast to the exposed stone walls.
